Top 3 Must-Watch Movies for Your Next Binge-Watch Session

Occasionally I enjoy doing something that is not necessarily productive and only has the purpose of relaxation and entertainment. One way I like to do this is by watching movies. It's not something I do super often so when I do, I like to find something worth watching. Mostly I enjoy movies that are based on something that actually happened. It usually leads me to feel inspired or grateful. Ones that are not based on something factual are entertaining to me occasionally in the sense that it activates my imagination. Below are some movies that I watched.

The Union

This movie involves a lot of action, a little bit of romance, and some humor, which are all the best things. Being that the romance is about high school sweethearts who reunite makes me happy because my husband, C, and I were high school sweethearts. My son, A, liked that action-filled parts and thought they were really funny, especially the parts where people died... Still not sure whether to be concerned about that one. Overall, it was a good movie if you're looking for something action-packed.

The Murder of Air McNair

If you are into real-crime murder shows, then this may be one for you. It was a shorter one, being under and hour long. It didn't include too much dark or gory information about the murder so that was nice. More so, it just stuck the the devastating fact that two people were murdered, the lives they lived before, and the way the case went. It's one of those movies that make me think and try to solve the murder as it goes along, however, I can't watch movies like this too frequently or I begin to feel depressed.

The Long Game

I wasn't sure that I would like this one because I am not a fan of watching golf, however, after I started it, I learned it is based on a true story which made it so much better. In fact, this movie was my favorite of the three. Whether you enjoy watching golf or not, it is a great movie that is worth a watch. It's the kind of movie that leaves you inspired to make a difference in the world. For me, it also reminded me that money doesn't always lead to happiness, rather, often it is something you create on your own.
