3 Inspirational Movies That Will Stay with You Long After the Credits Roll

Many of my favorite movies are based on true stories. Those are usually the movies where I get my inspiration too. I find that the main character has often accomplished something big, gone through a huge challenge, had everything going against them and refused to give up, or had some things going in their favor and were humbled. Whatever the story, it comes with a lesson that can be applied to real life because it came from real life and can inspire me to do something different. Below are inspirational movies that I've seen recently.

There were a lot of strong feelings with this movie. Feeling so strongly connected to someone, the bonding that goes into having to rely on each other, going through a mental health struggle that others do not seem to understand. It can relatable to many and can really get to your emotions. I can't imagine the degree of intensity that Megan was experiencing. What I found inspirational about this movie was that even though Megan had gone through some pretty tough things, she kept going and joined the military. After that, she didn't give up on fighting for someone who was very important to her. I had to try really hard not to cry during this movie. It truly is worth a watch, especially if you love animals.

I liked this movie because it related to a sport that interests me; running. It was also one of those movies that were humbling because it showed me how easy I have things sometimes and some of the things I take for granted. The character when through some struggles that others even during that time period didn't even consider that he might have to go through. It was inspiring to me to see how determined he was to make something of himself and what challenges he was able to go through to be able to support his family and inspire others. It inspires me to think outside the box and not limit myself just because someone else thinks it couldn't or shouldn't be done.

I have always sensed some strong emotion in this song and have always enjoyed it. I never knew the story behind the song. This movie was pretty entertaining because it not only told the story, but it even included the humor in it. As I watched it, my heart broke for the characters over and over again. I was inspired by the resilience, the determination to break the chain, the willingness to make such a drastic change, and the willingness to forgive such hurtful behavior.
